    This is possible (everything is possible), but I would say very unlikely given the mechanism of action of both drugs. Of course that is one of the reasons Pillar 1 has more risks than Pillars 2 & 3.

    Please keep in mind that Pillar 1 is more than just an add-on to the checkpoint inhibitors. The whole ccRCC program is based on using Bisantrene as a single agent. There is a whole lot more too which @Mason14 has touched on.
