Perplexing they would do a cap raise at 8c when they couldn't even issue a compliant market update. Will their hands, possibly face get slapped by the regulators for this move? I'm skeptical. Not sure the source of info is reliable. Furthermore, why would they need cap raise cash if FMG are financing all the work and they can cover overheads for a while?
