The share sale was pre planned for a number of years and set number of shares sold on the same date for a few years. Those shares were going to market no matter what price the SP was it how the company was performing. Its a good thing as the dip can partially be attributed to this and not a major institution pulling out..... they appear to have not sold. This should hopefully rise up quickly and drag KTE back up with it very soon.
