its common practice to conclude negotiations Pre mergers. When prospective mergers are announced ,all major issues should and almost always are ironed out before announcing to the market. It demonstrates competence and prudence. I can except some minor changes post merger agreements . This delay does not appear to be due to minor issues.

To have such prolonged delays is not usual practice.

i am a holder with a long term view . However I would normally not be invested in a company with such murkiness. The only reason I have gone against my better judgment is because of the sheer magnitude of potential that spenda has.

for me because I got onboard relatively early, the reward reward far outways the risk .

What's murky?..things need to happen are happening and will happen.
If you don't think so and you reckon AF and Cirralto's a Ponzi then sellout, you'll get what you think's a fair price today.
Truth is you're chasing more shares and downramping here, if you're true to your word then sell.
