40% of the shares are owned by staff now that is some serious motivation
Share holders, staff, founders all on the page and move in the same direction
and the benefits they provided to staffs are nothing less than the big tech company
time out room with games and pool tables, snack bar, free drinks all around
they are too small to have their own kitchen and chef but maybe some day they match
google onsite kitchen and chefs when they becomes a multi-billion business
