Tim Kelsey is certainly a highly respected and experienced leader in the Australia digital health industry, but it doesn't mean PKS has product offerings are synergistic to Miya Precision platform and they have just raised $13 millions for further growth.
Kate has given us enought hints in the recent presso and webcast call, their next acquisition target will most likely come from UK as the UK market is the low hanging fruits and it has the biggest growth potential. As Kate and Malcolm has mentioned before, the company has been working on the platform to allow the primary care (GP and Community systems) data to be feed into Miya Precision Platform, where Miya Precision platform was only able to take datafeeds from the secondary systems. Kate has said they are working with Patients Know Best(PKB) in the UK market from the last webcast call, PKB's main product are focused on the primary care system in the UK.
