it does stink doesnt it.
all the smaller holders get trampled on and instos get discount offerings at smaller holders expense.
i do believe management said after the 2019 - 40 mil placement that ordinary investors would get there chance at a spp in future. Just cant find where it was written.
Will say as a holder I am pretty disappointed in management atm.
may as well hold at a further loss and just hope we get permitting. “If” we get it
