    IMO they missed the deadline because they didn't like the figures eg AISC too high against falling gold price.
    So they are now playing with the data such as changing the grade cut off. That is legitimate but not positive for the viability of the restart and its sustainable operation. Market knows this and is reacting to what could have been a huge positive.
