2021: cba holder: yay I got a tiny div and my shares appreciated 15%
apt holder: yay my mortgage is paid off.
comparing a company to a company when they are vastly different then say you aren't gonna hold because they are at different stages.. it makes little sense.
come back in 6 months and see how the decision unfolded for you
