I’m sorry if this comes across as ignorant/simple!
Why has OBL been listed for many many years (enough for 2-3 life cycles of the average case from inception to completion) yet does not show profits with some consistency? I understand each year can be different due to uncertainty of case completion but this still does not explain the historical?
