A very good point, and you can add to that all of those remaining DT's shares that were between $1.66 and $2-30/50 which failed to find a buyer on the last day of ASX trading. Those shares will have to wait for Certificates to be issued before they find a UK Broker willing to take them on for sale on the LSE.
It could still be some weeks before all PRE shares are available for trading in London, anybody wishing to build a substantial position can still do it if they are quick. Perhaps that is what the deferred trade sales are all about, transferring shares that the Ozzy Market Maker had accumulated to a buyer/ broker on the LSE ?
