A2 already bought into MVM , this will provide margin support in the coming years. This is a clever move as it basically says to me they have formed a JV with the Chinese state company who owned MVM. Interests are aligned to rapidly expand their market share together in China. I think A2 has realised they need to be a proper integrated company to make IF themselves. Hopefully in the years to come A2 for milk will be become like what Coke is for Cola , after all the A2 company name is a great asset to itself.
