The raids are old news.
The ASX is fully aware of the Directors of CLE, FEL and EUR as they are all interwoven deliberately.
The only reason why all three are not one entity is that it would prevent TS from drawing fees and rental in triplicate.
CLE is suspended for a very good reason - to protect other investors.
