There needs to be a reasonable amount of evidence to get to the point of a judge deciding on bail conditions i.e the police need to convince the DPP to prosecute. In this case it didn't get past the police due to a LACK OF EVDIENCE.
So many here want to convict someone of rape with NO EVIDENCE because of the guys politics.
