    All you need to know is the old OBL is no more

    They are a fund manager now while running off a few legacy on balance sheet investments.

    They will co invest in their funds + receive a large performance fee on the funds..

    You are looking at a business valued at $900 that will be earning $300m NPAT in FY24/25
