We need to have a think about what our response would be to a takeover proposal.

IOU has money, Tech, good business model and smart management! If the earnings increase greatly (which i anticipate) IOU will look yummy to BIG fish.
I bought IOU shares so it would make sense that some BIG fish will want to have IOU under their umbrella!
I think they will want to do this well under a $1 a share so as we did with the old BOD we probably need to consider an action plan if this ever eventuates.

i keep all mine in the bottom shelf and track its performance
