    Reading his CV ( investors presentation) His credentials are very modest. Mandrake should look for someone with very high credentials.Fantastic stuff in the ground waiting to be drilled . Fall of SP is knee jerk reaction to this news. Looks like Phillips decided to leave over the weekend and informed the board . Board is happy to see him off . It will come up with a fantastic person in a few days time.This is my guess .
