Thinking about it this raise does not make a lot of sense, they reported on having approx 4.5 mil in cash on hand as per the last report, that is about 2 years of cash at the current burn rate. On top of that there is supposedly an imminent Midkine deal that should, you would expect, bring in some more cash.....
So the question needs to be asked, why now? Anyone?
