    If you take away the money - what exactly is the business?

    Why would you invest money in a company that doesn’t value money?

    Where is the benefit for anyone, suppliers shareholders et al, in doing business with a company that doesn’t value your business?

    OLI is governed by the corporations act and they must, by law, act in the best financial interests of the shareholder.

    ASX acted because OLI was in breach of the fiduciary obligations.
