    Hi Metal,

    Who says we didn’t see it coming?

    I totally expected it. Just not quite this early.

    Under the terms of the Vulcan JV with FMG, TAS will have to contribute in order to retain their 20% stake.

    In addition to this, TAS have two other very important and very valuable strategic shareholdings that they may wish to support.

    Therefore, within this financial year, a CR was always going to happen.
