Yeah let them drag their feet a little for prices to go up north so we can have a better negotiation position. Also with the recent change to LFP (white market noise) POSCO are still on the wait i guess.
but we know the industry will need all the battery chemistry it needs up till 2025.
so just wait for the noise to cool down. There are also concerns of EV stock prices going down. It can also be because there are not enough battery minerals to go around!
It will all work out. Policies are already in place for the Green revolution and for many automakers is carbon tax or non so they would have to find a balance. they need to optimize the change as carbon becomes more and more expensive. so be it NCM or LFP or 4680 batteries they are coming fast.
