Why do non-child obligated employees need to carry the burden of child obligated employees?
Many employers don’t even realise that they’re committing this form off discrimination!
My understanding is this form of discrimination isn’t allowed in Vic.....it is the only State that has legislation against this form off discrimination! It amounts that employers may be forced to consider a roster system when it comes Easter, Christmas and school holiday periods.
