the thing is, today we got the drilling manager appointed. to me the approval should be anytime now, it could happen tomorrow. no one knows.. but today BPH has give us huge amount of information and sign already.
if this is not going ahead. why they hire a drilling manager ?
I think they are waiting now for the board to give a green light on the application now.
I'm very confident the SP will price this in, we could see a substantial raise in the coming weeks.
