    Hi BSB,

    Could also be his role with ANU is something he wants to pursue and spend more time on. Small business and explorers is not for everyone. It can be challenging and perhaps not a passion of Bens. Ben is sitting in on high level discussions with his Director on Job Seeker. Lot's of reasons for Non exec directors to change paths.
    Time will tell.
