It has taken until now for the Federal Government to come up with a list of critical minerals. as has the US Government.

In my opinion, it has been brought on by the perception that China has been securing resources and processes vital to the new energy transition.

Unless Australia acts now, we could find ourselves behind the eight ball when it comes to capitalising on the energy revolution.

I would think vanadium is the main driver behind TNG being granted MPS because of the role it can play in renewable energy storage.

Remember also, that the Federal Government up until recently, has been a reluctant supporter of anything to do with a movement away from fossil fuel energy.
