Very interesting indeed. Mr Jason Carroll has been a shareholder and on the RNT share register since the IPO I believe. He was always buying when others wouldn't and supported the stock through the highs and lows and from memory participated in most, if not all of the raises. Whether he is a HNW or something else probably doesn't matter now, as he has played his part. RNT kept him close and the fact that he sold down as part of the placement indicates a level of permissible insider participation.

I might be wrong but I think he held 10% pre placement and sold 6M shares into the placement which reduced his holding to 7.11% and his 605 substantial notice today suggests he has sold a further ~15M shares or 3.9% which should mean he still holds ~3% of the stock.

He has been incredibly supportive of the stock for many years and waited a long time to see a return on his investment, but why sell now???
