By the time PEX turns the plant key, if they ever do, the capitalisation will be well north of a billion shares. Just like silly Aurelia over the hill who have been issuing shares like confetti. North American investors are apparently flumuxed by the amount of shares that Australian companies issue. PEX will be mining just as the supercycle draws to a close. I'd be peeved, but I have my own issues over the hill at Aurelia. The CEO wont say peep and since he's arrived the share price has tanked. Sad days at Cobar.
