Interesting that several of the regular rampers, the 'backing up the truck posters', are very, very quiet. With prices like we're getting, I'd have thought the thread would be alive with the noise of revving motors and the thud of gold bars hitting the tray of the truck. But no. A dark cloud of caution and dismay hangs over a storage facility silenced by inactivity. If not for the merger, I suspect many might have sold at $17, but expectations of being part of a gold juggernaut blinded us to a changing world. So here we are with our dreams of wealth now consigned to the bottom drawer.
