Lot of incentive to Dilute, I think the board was immature to agree to these terms, but I've been there as a cash starved startup, Look for all those who think I am just hating on this company, it's got great potential, but I study startups and advise them, so I like to think I know what seperates the cream from the curds. I think at it's current price it is fairly valued. And it has a healthy bounce back to the support today so that is a positive sign. They have a LOOOONG way to go though, and they need to outgame some very big players out, but heck could set them out for a buyout which is maybe their exit strategy they have and a smart one at that.
