not surprised at shopping malls.. I'm a great believer in bricks 'n mortar shopping not being dead by a long shot.. online shopping will keep growing for sure but people love going shopping! I have a mall stock that was severely beaten during covid.. today I am rewarded holding it and apx..
apx has a long way to grow..today is Day 1 of the rise..
