I can see someone else (on IGNORE?) asking re L/T meaning...
No doubt we are in a v. risky business in all stages including eventual production (quite a few bit the dust last few years, when borrowed a lot and production did not perform or prices dropped off eg in gold and lithium sector).../
How long is L/T ? be prepared for min 10 years (we are not in China where they built a high-rise in 2 weeks, bullet train lines in a year, etc... I am waiting for a railway line from Melbourne to Tullamarine Airport since 1958!!!)
I like Buffett investment advice eg:

Be prepared for a few long years before the positive outcome... but when you get lucky the reward/satisfaction is overwhelming...
I had quite a few successes (won't mention failures) eg: NST from 30 C to 90 C and sold too early ...as Man Dir. was selling so did I and missed on follow-up rise up to $17 = 17 bags), IGO (similar multi-bag but sold too (from $0.20 to $3) early after years of holding), DEG, CXO, etc
Examples:
DEG - most posters in 2019 were only complaining ...but last year they hit the Hemi gold (where nobody" expects gold ad it was under 30 m of dirt cover... and most a drilling a few shallow holes and leaving if unsuccessful)... CR at $0.044 was v. unpopular and investors/traders sold off below $0.04... I was loading up at giveaway prices around $0.04 (averaging down), then on first few drills, confirming gold, the DEG took off and become an overnight sensation AFTER 17 YEARS OF DRILLING WITH "average" success...
I sold slowly from 3x to 10x profit but it went up to 40x
@top $1.6 (and the next huge CR was a success @$1.2 p/share...
CXO - I was collecting for many long suffering years and at last it took off couple of months ago and having learn a lesson on previous stock I did not sell up to last top of $42 (expecting $1 on start of Lithium production next year.... so it drop ...today reached only $0.18 etc., etc
You can't time the "market" but it is much better to go L/T eg all the way to production end huge dividends like NST is paying ...with an excellent company and smart management than trading and stressing yourself...
