    March 10 (Reuters) - Auctus Investment Group Ltd (AVC) :

    • AGREED TO TAKE AN INITIAL 9.9% STAKE IN ODYSSEY GROUP LIMITED
    • AUCTUS' MANAGING DIRECTOR, CAMPBELL MCCOMB, WILL BE APPOINTED TO ODYSSEY BOARD
    • SUBJECT TO REGULATORY APPROVAL, AUCTUS WILL INCREASE ITS HOLDING IN ODYSSEY TO 20%
    • INITIAL INVESTMENT FUNDS WILL BE USED AS WORKING CAPITAL BY ODYSSEY AS IT CONTINUES TO GROW ACROSS ASIA
    • CO CAN MOVE TO 100% CONTROL OF ODYSSEY OVER A STAGGERED 2-YEAR PERIOD
