Nope, that was the main thing I was looking for, absolutely no details on any individuals who is a part of the business.

Generally with these type of announcements made, a short positive statement is published from both parties i.e. a director from MXC and a director from SwissPhama, however nothing at all from S.P which I find odd.

If you read the very end of this announcement, it has some details about the business, the details fit perfectly with MXC’s Artemic product.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this business is getting ran out of some study room in Australia or Israel, certainly not Switzerland.
