China made itself the enemy. Honestly I can't begin to wrap my head around people who always love to blame their own country for aggressive political and soft-political actions taken by another country.
If you're that out of touch to not have noticed the tantrum like behaviour of China towards......well basically anybody then I feel a bit sad for you.
But yes its Australia's responsibility to apologise to a belligerent country.....
