Thanks to a brilliant poster here, they have uncovered a study released yesterday covering Gas, and the fact that it is going to be the building blocks to the governments target of clean energy.
This, along with everything else we have seen lately, including the new drilling manager, points to PEP being approved. The question is when? Most likely this would be next month after the main discussions take place. 3 weeks isnt long to wait now.
