Perhaps I am missing something here, you note that Regal are an anchor, I would agree while they sell their holdings.
BUT
If they are the sole reason for our share price being where it is, the simple act of stopping the sell will increase share price and therefore make regal more profitable, they could then trickle sell into the market without the catastrophic push down we are experiencing.

What are your reasons for the anchor being removed, Regal may continue to sell ?

Or, are you saying that they want less than 5% in order to manipulate the price in a more concealed manner (less obvious)
