They also need to have a serious look at the way they treat their employees, because from the reviews it doesn't look like they have been looked after very well. Considering the number of millions of $$$ that have been pissed away over the past few years, they should have allocated a small portion of that to look after their staff (who look after the customers!) and pay overtime and breaks and just overall treat them better (i.e. no last-minute shift cutting).
