I have it in writing from PD that the NRS is an addition and that the update to the application (linked to the Universal rebranding of the app) is on the back of requests from current and potential clients in both RAC, and hospitals. Although you don't need it in writing - it is obvious from the announcements and communications.

Sorry mate, this is not an opinion piece but one about fact - and not one that is able to be skewed for your narrative.
