Well said, I'm of the opinion with housing prices taking off incl. new constructs plus Govt. stimulus, covid vaccines & a huge drop in O'Seas travel - there's going more than enough funds directed towards SHM?
If one part of the mix falls, it's likely the others will cover off.
It's mentioned there may be a large seller who is in desperate need of cash, at some point this should pass. If SHM maintain the status quo, you can currently buy in & get 3 div's in 13 months - just a little bit better than most Co. returns?
