No just less out standing shares so more to existing holder, so if you haven't sold any share, your share of the pie just increase by a little bit
in future dividend distribution there will be 817K shares less to distribute the profit and more go to existing owner.
Share price got no link to the ownership of the business, fundamentals will eventually drive the share price
