I'm reading this at the moment:

It says if you were to publish a game yourself in China, without a publisher, it can take 6 months for approval (I actually thought it was longer so this is good to hear). Now it was mentioned Masketeers would be published in China almost 3 months ago. So one would assume that going through a publisher, Ohayoo (owned by TikTok's parent company), would perhaps speed up this process in which case it could happen almost anytime. Though as others said, there's no way of knowing exactly when, but maybe this helps.

The game also has to be localised to Chinese which Ohayoo handles. It's likely they started doing this very early on, meaning it's possible that the localisation part is already completed.
