Surgcentre wanted to get in so badly yet MSB directors facilitated its entry onto the register without Surgcentre having to pay a premium for the privilege.
In fact, they got in at a discount.
Between the issuer of the shares and the buyer of those shares, it's clear which party was the keener one.
