This is a very typical way for media releases to word capacity of energy storage projects (whether that be Utility Battery or Pumped Hydro).
It is quite clear from the EA media release that it will be 350MW. This is a unit of power, not energy.
It is quite clear that it will have 4 hours of storage.
It is simple to calculate the stored energy (4 hours x 350MW = 1400MWh)
