These are mostly performance shares, not options...a big difference...they are free so they bring no money to the company on conversion

And when last did you see a company that reaches O in the alphabet for performance shares?

I am concerned. Sp ( and hence market cap) is incredibly important at all stage..think cap raisings, institutional investors, takeover bids. And not everyone wants to remain a shareholder til production...the low share price has given those people little room to exit with a profit
