I don't think this is totally attributable to shorters. Shorters manipulate around market value/sentiment. The market is working on a conservative value for CVN(whilst without proven reserves) and the shorters then move in and massage the price up and down a few cents to suit their gains strategy. CVN needs to start drilling holes.
