NASDAQ smashed through 13k again
PIL sitting on the launch pad perfect timing.
Needs to see 3.6 and should do reasonably easily before news begins to flow.
people need to remember, that 1 billion unit resumption day had an 3.6c vwap... they came from everywhere and took everything on offer
