Garmin is much bigger and could potentially compete more aggressively which makes sense. BCC is still very small and doesn’t have the resources yet to play against established players.
But when the JV gets bigger audit requirements won’t allow them to minimise detail. Also - and they’re aware of this - the downside of not providing operational or financial detail on the key part of the business is it limits investor interest. I’d encourage you to reach out to IR - they are quite responsive and the more holders that say they want more detail could influence outcomes. After all, we are part owners of the business
