In Tanzania, after reading about the CCM party, and specifically when being led under Magufuli, Its safe to say whatever the VP said publicly at the mining conference, it was as if the President himself was saying it.
She does not make those comments, if he did not approve of them, If you have read anything about Tanzania under the Magufuli leadership, he is a micro manager of everything.
Specifically, anyhing to do with Minerals !!!!
