Cash flows, from wells is great, but also selling the rest of a block at higher valuations, allows BRK to acquire much greater seed acres. So BRK will have money flowing to put into action. They have the right people to acquire these assets.
New holders, will work out that this story begins with Jewel well, but its end game is not 20 wells, or three operator blocks, but a magnitude larger.
What is it going to do, with the cash flow from 20 wells ? or the sale of the increased PUD ?
Its going to buy a quantum larger seed acreas, researched by the same team who put first mover advantage into the current locations.
