I feel for you. I also have an extension+renovation coming up later this year so I'll be in the same shoes soon enough.
BRK is probably my favourite speculative hold for 10c+ within maybe 2 quarters in my current portfolio for risk vs reward. I personally won't be selling anything under 4-5c.
I haven't even been back in the BRK forums for long but I have enjoyed your frequent commentary! Have you considered perhaps reducing your cash amount hold into a leveraged options hold?
